The department of Pharmacy AWKUM was established on the 6th of November 2013 and recognized by the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan on the 18th of August 2018, it is one of the most highly-rated pharmacy departments in Pakistan. As the newly growing department in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences, throughout which it has retained its identity as a specialist institution/department dedicated to teaching and research in pharmacy. The University was ranked no 1 in 2021 and is currently rated 2nd in Pakistan. The department of Pharmacy has local/international collaboration effectively with others to support the discovery, development, and rational use of medications for the welfare and safety of the public.
