Student Welfare Endowment Fund (SWEF) is established at the university to serve the following objectives
-
- Provide financial support to deserving students in order to continue their studies.
- To encourage education, inculcate analytical skills, develop research and encourage other academic activities among students.
- To fully or partially finance the participation of talented students in the national/international conferences, seminars, workshops and synopsis to represent the University
Financial assistance through SWEF is available to all undergraduate program students who are enrolled as regular students at the university.
Applications for the SWEF can be submitted to the Chairperson/HOD concerned around the year. Departmental SWEF Scholarship Committee assess all applications and award scholarships based on talent, merit and need considering the balance available for scholarship award in a given year.
