The USAID/Pakistan funded Higher Education System Strengthening Activity (HESSA) Project aims at providing technical assistance to several Pakistani Universities through University of Utah, USA, in three broad areas: (1) leadership development and institutional governance; (2) faculty development, research, curriculum modernization, and entrepreneurship; and (3) students’ support services.
