Sealed bids are invited from well established/reputed/registered firms/ suppliers for supply of Winter Uniform for Security Guards & Drivers of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan

1.             The tender documents must reach the office of the undersigned up to Nov, 29 2012, at 10 AM. Tender will be opened on the same date at 11.00 AM. In the Conference Hall of the University in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives, if they desire so. Details of items with complete specification and  tender documents  can be obtained from the Procurement Office of the University Main Campus @ Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) on all working days in duty hours.

2.            The prescribed Earnest Money of the tender is Rs: 50,000/- in the form of Draft in favour of the Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

Note: All relevant taxes (sales tax, income tax etc.) pertaining to the said supply will be deducted as per Rules.
