Vision Realized- Foundation Stone of Various  Blocks of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan Laid.

The Chief Minister Mr Amir Haider Khan Hoti, on the request of Prof: Dr Ihsan Ali Vice Chancellor Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Performed the foundation stone ceremony of various blocks (Academic Blocks, Admin Block, Hostels, Library, Students Center, Surveillance & Monitoring Block, Apartment Block, Shopping Center & Cafeteria) of Abdul Wali Khan University on Wednesday Nov,7,2012. The ceremony will prove a land mark in the history of Mardan. He expressed greater interest in the promotion of education and to eliminate ignorance from the Pakhtoon community throughout the Province. Giving the details the Chief Minister reiterated .The effect to establish universities in his tenure in different district head quarter such as ,Awkum, Bacha Khan University Charsadda, Swat University, Khushhal Khan University Karak, Gaju Khan University Swabi, Islamia college University Peshawar and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University Sheringal Dir.

Chief Minister appreciated very much the untiring efforts of Prof : Dr. Ihsan Ali, Vice Chancellor Awkum and lauded his real and efficiency with perfect devotion that is displayed and demonstrated in the advancement /progress of sprawled with many campuses , two of which have already grown into full-fledged universities.
