Furthermore, Dr. Zahoor Jan and Dr. Muhammad Arshad head of Department Mathematics and Computer Science respectively, paid a monitoring visit and also attend the meeting.

The main objective of the meeting was to share experience by the visiting faculty members with Timergara faculty members for the development of embryonic AWKUM Timergara Campus.Fruitful discussions were held on the responsibilities of the HoDs, how to make theCampus a Student focused environment, academic sessions, exams conductions and results in the semester system. Suggestions were gathered from the members on the development of societies/committees and promotion of co-curricular activities. It was suggested by the participant that because of competition and remoteness; due attention should be paid towards the marketing and advertisement of the campus in order to attract new students in the upcoming admissions. The Coordinator of AWKUM Timergara Campus lauded the points raised and appreciated all the suggestions. He promised to take practical steps in the articulation of all the mentioned points.
