OFFICE ORDER

It is notified for the information of all concerned that University will observe Summer Vacations as per schedule given below.

The Campuses/Constituent Colleges mentioned below will remain closed with effect from June 15, 2012 to August 31, 2012. The University will re-open on September 03, 2012.

i.       Main Campus, Mardan
ii.      Riffat Mahal Campus, Mardan
iii.     University College of Science Shankar, Mardan
iv.     Palosa Campus, Charsadda
v.      Anbar Campus, Swabi
vi.     University College for Women, Mardan

However, the following Campuses will remain closed on account of Summer vacations with effect from July 20, 2012 to August 31, 2012.

i.      Bacha Khan Campus, Chitral
ii.     Timergara Campus, Dir Lower
iii.     Buner Campus, Dagar

Furthermore, all administrative Offices will remain opened as usual. All Heads of the Departments / Supporting Staff are directed to ensure their presence during the vacations for smooth running of the offices concerned.

All the Chairmen/HoDs are requested to prepare duty roster for their faculty members during the vacations and send the same to the undersigned up to June 14, 2012, positively.  The HoDs concerned will assign the duties of Incharge HoD to a vigilant faculty member in case of his/her absence.
