ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN

NOTIFICATION

            In continuation of this office letter No. Reg-2/Acad/AWKUM/2012/1735, dated: July 16, 2012, as Provided under section – 3(j) of the Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan Election Statutes Mr. Shafiqullah Kaka Kheil, Acting Treasurer is now hereby appointed as Returning Officer for Election to the Syndicate, Constituency No. 22(1)(i)“one Professor, One Associate Professor, One Assistant Professor and One Lecturer of the University to be elected by teachers of their respective cadres in the prescribed manner” as member of the Syndicate scheduled to be conducted on August 13, 2012.

            As Provided under section – 3(j) of the Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan Election Statutes Mr. Tariq Mehmood, Deputy Registrar (Academics) is hereby appointed as Returning Officer for election to the Senate, Constituency No. 19(1)(n) “Four University Teachers, including one Professor, one Associate Professor, one Assistant Professor and one Lecturer to be elected by teachers of their respective cadres from amongst themselves” as member of the Senate scheduled to be conducted on August 13, 2012.

            In continuation of this office letter No. Reg-2/Acad/AWKUM/2012/1736, dated: July 16, 2012, As Provided under section – 3(j) of the Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan Election Statutes Mr. Ibrar Hussain, Acting Provost is now hereby appointed as Returning Officer for election to the Academic Council, Constituency No. 24(1)(e) “Eight University Teachers, including two Professors, two Associate Professors, two Assistant Professors and two Lecturers to be elected by teachers of their respective cadres from amongst themselves” as member of the Academic Council scheduled to be conducted on August 13, 2012.

NOTIFICATION

            As Provided under section – 3(j) of the Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan Election Statutes Mr. Muhammad Tariq, Deputy Registrar (Establishment) is hereby appointed as Returning Officer for election to the Syndicate, Constituency No. 22(1)(l) “one Chairman / Director of Department / Institute / Centre to be elected from amongst themselves in prescribed manner” as member of the Syndicate scheduled to be conducted on August 13, 2012.
