Two weeks Faculty training program has been conducted in Buner Campus . The training proved to be a great success as it provided an opportunity for faculty/staff to interact and share experiences with each other. The event provided an opportunity to learn and discuss various academic and administrative issues. At the end of the concluding session following guide lines were formulated and the participants mutually agreed in their respective domains.
Meeting Points
01.
Dress Code
The members of the faculty are requested to come to the class in a proper sober Pakistani dress.
02.
Outline to Students
The faculty is expected to give course outlines for their respective courses to the students in their first session/class.
03.
Attendance Procedure
The member of faculty should take the attendance in the first ‘Five Minutes’ of the class/session. Latecomers should not be entertained.
04.
Course Contents and the Text books
During the first week of the classes, teachers are supposed to give the copy of the contents of the subject he/she is teaching.
05.
Topics for Semester Projects
Topic for projects will be given to the students in the mid of semester.
06.
Examination Schedule and Procedures
Date sheet of the Sessional Tests will be notified in due course of time, through the Department.
07.
Calendar of Event
The member of the faculty is requested to strictly follow the program.
08.
Make-up Classes
Teachers are requested not to miss their session/classes as there is no possibility for a make up class.
09.
Performa for Students’ Evaluation
Proforma for Students’ Evaluation is expected to be completed by the end of 8th week of the semester.
10.
Submission of Results and Examination Material
Marks of quizzes, assignments etc. will be submitted to the Semester Incharge on fortnightly basis. A copy of the same may be kept by the faculty as well.
At the end the coordinator Mr. Arshad Sohail appreciated the efforts of faculty members for sharing the experiences and providing guidelines for the betterment of departments.
