1.             Every bidder is liable to deposit earnest amount of Rs 500000 (five lac only) before commencement of bidding. The amount shall be deposited in the form of draft in favour of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

2.            Successful bidder has to deposit 25 % of the total amount on spot. Balance amount shall be deposited within 15 days after final approval by the competent authority

3.           Abdul Wali Khan University is authorized to reject accept or cancel bidding without any reason.

4.           The successful bidder is liable to pay 5% income tax of the total amount.

5.           The residential unit will be transferred as per CDA rules/regulation.
