Miss. Nosheen Faiz has successfully defended her M. Phil. research work under the supervision of Dr. Zardad Khan for the award of M.Phil degree in Statistics at the Department of Statistics AWKUM. She is honoured to be the first MPhil in Statistics from the Department. Professor Dr. Sareer Badshah, Chairman Department of Statistics, Islamia College Peshawar, was external examiner at the occasion.

Vice chancellor AWKUM, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali, was also present in her defence who very much appreciated her research contribution. He added that the University will always facilitate students and faculty in the best possible way to produce quality research for the betterment of the nation.
