Applications are invited from well-established/Authorized Firms/General Order Suppliers, having vast experience in the relevant field, registered with sales tax and income tax departments for Pre-qualification of the Firms / Suppliers for the purchase of Miscellaneous Items.

The applicants are requested to obtain Pre-Qualification Form / Documents along with items list from the Procurement Office, Garden Campus during office hours (8.00 am to 4.00 pm) at the rate of Rs. 2000/- (Non-refundable) in shape of Bank draft on all working days.

The documents pertaining to tender must reach the Procurement Office on or before May 19, 2016, 10 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. May 19, 2016, at 11.00 AM, in the presence of the firm authorized representatives, in the Meeting Room of the University at Garden Campus.

Earnest Money of the tender will be Rs: 250,000/- in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
