Chairman Journalism AWKUM Shiraz Paracha gave a talk on effective communication strategies, polite manners and public dealing to a large group of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police officers, who visited AWKUM. SP Muhammad Mushtaq of the Police Academy led the group.

Journalism Department and the Police Department agreed to explore possibilities of working together where journalism students will be involved in crime surveys, would participate training on traffic rules and would spend time at police stations to observe and learn about the working of the Police. Journalism Department and the Police Department also agreed to organize joint conferences, seminars and workshops.

The visiting officers were impressed with innovation, modernity and the pleasant learning environment at AWKUM. They appreciated the dynamic leadership of Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Ihsan Ali. AWKUM.
