8th Foundation day of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan was celebrated at Bacha Khan Campus Chitral with splendid zest and zeal dated 25-Feb-16 in the presence of faculty members, administrative staffs and students. The ceremony started with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by hoisting of National and University flags along with playing of both the National and University anthems.

Later on cake cutting ceremonial was shared by Campus Coordinator Mr. Zia-ur-Rehman with Lecturer Department of Economics, Mr. Afaq Ali Muluk and Lecturer Department of Sociology, Mr. Kashif Qadir. The ceremony progressed further with the motivational speech delivered by the Campus Coordinator to the staff and students whereby he highlighted the mile-stones, Abdul Wali Khan University has achieved in the very short period under the leadership of honorable Vice Chancellor Dr. Ihsan Ali (SI).

The ceremony concluded with special prayers for the prosperity of the Country, University, departed staff and students of Bacha Khan University Charsadda.
