Higher Education Commission Islamabad has directed the universities to arrange Declamation Contest (University Round) for award of 18th “Allam Iqbal Shield” (both in English and Urdu).

The declamation contest would be arranged under the auspicious English Literary Club, AWKUM, on the following topics at the date and venue below listed detail.

All HoDs are, therefore, requested to nominate two speakers (one each in English & Urdu) and may kindly send to the undersigned for participating in by Monday, January 18, 2016, sharp, by email english@awkum.edu.pk or in hard form.
