In continuation to this office notification No. Dir/Acad/AWKUM/2016/4008, dated January 11, 2016, as per request of Ms. Zubina Bibi and directives of the Election Authority / Registrar the following Polling Station is established for Election to the Senate Constituency No. 19(1)(t) for Administrative Officer will be held as per schedule.

Instructions:
- Each contesting candidate may appoint a person qualified to be an elector to be his election agent under intimation to RO, in writing.
- Similarly, each contesting candidate may also appoint a person qualified to be an elector to be his polling agent under intimation to Presiding Officer, in writing.
- Polling shall start and terminate at the notified timings. No elector shall be allowed to poll vote after the specified times.
- Ballot should be issued after identification of the elector from elector list.
- Counting shall be started just after the specified time in presence of the polling agent, or the contesting candidates themselves.
- Presiding Officer shall forward the result, duly singed by the polling agents, to the Returning Officer though Email, who shall notify the successful candidate after the total count.
