NOTIFICATION

It is notified for the information of all concerned that the Campuses/ Constituent Colleges of the University will observe winter vacations as per schedule given below;

 

Campus/College

•    University College of Science Shankar

•    University College for Women

•    Shaheed Rashid Hussain Campus, Pabbi

December 21, 2015 to January 1, 2016

(Both days inclusive)

•    Bacha Khan Campus Chitral

•    Timergara Campus Dir Lower

•    Buner Campus

December 21, 2015 to February 26, 2016

(Both days inclusive)


However, the administrative Offices will remain open as usual. All Heads of the Teaching Departments/Head of Sections are directed to ensure their presence along with support staff, working under their respective administrative control, during the vacations for smooth running of the offices concerned.

All the Chairperson/HODs are requested to prepare duty roster for the faculty members during the vacations and submit the same to the office of the undersigned latest by December 18, 2015.

Examination schedule, if any, will remain unchanged.
