It is notified for the information of all those students who were not selected for laptop scheme in Phase-I and newly admitted students should register their selves for Phase-II on the given registration link http//:pmnls.hec.gov.pk before 15 December, 2015.

Furthermore, those students whose data already exist on HEC data base and did not receive their laptop in Phase-I are directed to update their profile on HEC help desk at http//:helpdesk.hec.gov.pk before 15th December, 2015.

All students are directed to enter their data with open eyes and carefully.
Note: students are directed to enter their own CNIC number only.
