Sealed items rate tenders are invited for the work of "Making and fixing of Sign Boards at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan"

The contractors having experience of similar nature of works and possess the necessary Tools & Plants for proper execution of work are requested to participate in tender.

Tender documents/forms along with details can be obtained from the Procurement Office Garden Campus of the University at the rate of Rs. 2000/- in the shape of Bank Draft (Nonrefundable) on all working days from 08.00AM to 04:00PM. Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

The tender documents must reach Procurement office on or before December 17, 2015 at 10:00AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00AM, in the presence of the firms/manufacturers or their authorized representatives, in the conference room at Garden campus of the University.The undersigned reserve the rights to accept/reject any one or all the tenders on the basis of a valid reason.
