Abdul Wali khan University Mardan not only provides quality education at door steps to students of KPK but also take active part in social welfare, employee's welfare and community development programs. Whether the country is been hit by floods or earthquakes, Abdul Wali Khan University always leave no stone unturned in providing relief to the affected community/people.

Continuing its tradition, a relief program was arranged dated 13-Nov-15 at Bacha Khan Campus Chitral whereby the employees of Chitral campus who were affected because of the recent devastating earthquake were provided with relief packages/food items. After receiving the relief packages, the affected employees felt truly motivated and paid special regards to the Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali and other ministerial staff of AWKUM for owning their employees and for support.
