The Entrepreneurship Society Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) signed MoU with Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness (SFEA) on September 07, 2015 at Garden Campus AWKUM.

The MoU was signed by Dean Faculty of Business & Economics, Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq on behalf of AWKUM while on behalf of Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness (SFEA) it was signed by Mubashir Akram Butt, Executive Director Shaoor Foundation for Education and Awareness (SFEA), Islamabad.

The MoU will allow both the organizations to promote further cooperation and further understandings. PENY would hold training sessions in the university as decided with the respective administration. Mentors and trainers will train the students and provide them with the resource material in the form of manuals, booklets and pamphlets. PENY online resources will be readily available to the beneficiaries. No monetary compensation of any kind will be provided, directly or indirectly, under this project. The University will only provide venue and students for the event.

On the occasion Dean Faculty of Business & Economics Prof. Dr. Zahoor Ul Haq appreciated the efforts of Dr. Shahid Jan Kakakhel, Chairman, Department of Management Sciences and Mr. Shah Hussain Awan, Focal Person of Entrepreneurship Society AWKUM for building linkages with other organizations. He stressed that such kind of activities in the future for boosting entrepreneurial skills among the students. He assured his support in organizing events on entrepreneurship for students.
