Applications are invited from well established, well reputed firms, having vast experience in the relevant field, registered with sale tax and income tax departments for Pre qualification of canteen contractors to run the Canteen at AWKUM. The applications should accompany with the following documents and information.

1. Copy of Tax Registration Certificates.
2. Complete profile of the firm/company.
3. Copies of CNIC of Proprietor/ Partner/Director.
4. Details of Departments/Organizations where the firm provided the above services. (Enclose performance certificate from such department / organization.
5. Affidavit to the effect that the firm/ company are not black listed and not indulged in any litigation with any Government Department/ Private organization)
6. Any other detail the firm wants to provide.

The applicants are requested to obtain Pre Qualification Form/documents for Canteen / Cafeteria contractor from the Procurement Office, Garden Campus during office hours (8.00 am to 4.00 pm) at the rate of Rs. 5000/- (Nonrefundable) in shape of Bank draft on all working days.

The documents pertaining to tender must reach the Procurement office on or before August 25, 2015, 10 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day i.e. August 25, 2015, at 11.00 AM, in the presence of the firm authorized representatives, in the Meeting room of the University at Garden campus.

Earnest Money of the Canteen/Cafeteria tender will be Rs: 500,000/- in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
