A cooperation agreement has been signed between Mr. Fazli Sattar Durrani, Principal Pakhtunkhwa College of Arts (PCA), AWKUM, in his role as International Expert for International Institute of Gastronomy Culture Arts and Tourism (IGCAT) and Dr. Diane Dodd, Director C/Ignasi Mas Morell, Barcelona, Spain.

This is pertinent to mention here that Mr. Fazli Sattar Durrani is the 1st South Asian to have become International Expert for Institute of Gastronomy Culture Arts and Tourism.

Through the agreement, both parties will ensure a proactive collaboration that shall chiefly concern matters relating to Culture, Arts, Gastronomy and Tourism. This agreement will also allow the exchange of information and documents on matters of mutual interest, preserving the confidential nature of some particular documents. Further, through this agreement, both parties will establish communication channels and will consult and share on matters of common interest.
