M.Phil scholars at the department of Zoology, UCSS, AWKUM got expertise in handling and acclimation of mice as experimental animal model. Under the supervision of Dr. Gohar Rahman, Chairman of the department the scholars are now able to induce diabetes mellitus, drug delivery via oral gavages, performing various serological tests, sacrificing the animal and observing ethical issues concerned.

At the end of their in vivo experiments, conclusions useful for the humanity are expected.
