7th Foundation Day of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan was celebrated here on 25th February 2015, in Buner Campus with great zeal and enthusiasm. The ceremony was started with Khatam-Ul- Quran. National and University flags were hoisted and both the anthems were played.

Award Ceremony hosted by Waqas Ahamd Shams in which different Awards were given to the Best Ministerial staff and best Class Four staff. All the faculty members, administrative staff and a large number of students have participated in the ceremony.

Campus Coordinator Mr. Arif Hussain highlighted the six years progress of the University in his address and asked the students and faculty to utilize all the available facilities. Furthermore he added that the current position of University is because of the sincerity, hard work, and dedication of Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali Vice Chancellor of the University.

In last special prayers were offered for the progress and prosperity of the University and Country.
