The date may be changed by the Returning Officer with the approval of the Election Authority as the circumstances may require. After issuance of the revised list, no claim for the entries shall be entertained under any circumstances.   

Note: The election is being held on account of vacant seats of the constituency for the residual period. Those who have already submitted nominations papers, need not to retry.
