Mr.Jamshed Iqbal, M.Phil Scholar defended his Thesis successfully

Mr.Jamshed Iqbal, M.Phil Scholar, Department of Education, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan successfully defended his M.Phil Thesis under the title, "An Analytical Study of the Basic Factors for the Inclusion of Regional Languages in 'O' Level Qualification: A Case Study of Pashto as First Language" on 10th February, 2015 in the Conference Room. The research study was supervised by the Chairman of the Department Professor Dr. Riasat Ali as well as co-supervised by Dr.Abdul Ghaffar, Assistant Professor Department of Education, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

This research study was significant that it may open new vistas and domains for researchers and curriculum developers across the world and provide opportunity for Pashto learning and teaching particularly in GCE and IGCSE 'O' Level Cambridge. The study also focused that Pashto should be included as First Language as it fulfills the required criteria of Cambridge International Examinations which will have very good effect across the world.
