11th meeting of the Syndicate, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, was held at the Main Campus, under the Chairmanship of the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali.

In the meeting, Mr. Muhammad Azam Khan, Ex Chief Secretary Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Prof. Dr. Noor Jehan, Vice-Chancellor, University of Swabi, Mrs. Nasreen, Muhammad Daud Khan, Additional Secretary Finance, Mr. Aziz Khan, Secretary Establishment, Dr. Khalid Khan, Additional Secretary Higher Education, Mr. Muhammad Aziz Khan, Ex member Federal Public Service Commission, Mr. Shakeel Ahmad, Director General Technical Education, Mrs. Haleema Begum, Principal Government Post Graduate College for Women, Mardan, Prof. Fayaz Ali Shah, Principal GPGC Mardan, Prof. Dr. Khanzadi Fatima, Dean Faculty of Sciences, Prof. Dr. Jehanzeb Khan Khalil, Dean Faculty of Arts, Dr. Riasat Ali, Dr. Zahid, Dr. Saeed Islam and Mr. Muhammad Idrees were present.

The agenda of the meeting was presented by the Registrar, Mr. Sher Alam Khan. The meeting approved recommendations of the 7th meeting of Academic Council and 10th and 11th meeting of the affiliated committee. The meeting also approved recommendations of the 28th and 29th meeting of the Selection Board. Recommendations in regard to delegating the charge of Controller Examination to Dr. Risat Ali, Chairman Department of Education, were also approved in the meeting of Syndicate. In the end, the meeting honored Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali with the title of Emeritus.
