Entry test, for admissions in MS/MPhil/LLM/PhD, was held at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. The entry test was conducted by the National Testing Service (NTS).

A total of 1050 candidates appeared in the test. The test was held for admissions in the Department of Islamic Studies, Political Science, Management Science, Physics, English, Economics, Law, Pharmacy, Botany, Chemistry, Computer Science, Education, Environmental Science, Bio-technology, Bio-chemistry, Education and Mathematics.

On the occasion, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali visited the Examination Halls, accompanied by the Director Academics, Prof. Dr. Zahoor-Ul-Haq, officials of NTS, Provost, Mr. Ibrar Hussain, Director Administration, Muhammad Idrees and Chairpersons of various departments.

On the occasion, Prof. Dr. Ali reiterated that deserving candidates will be offered admissions in MS/MPhil and PhD. He further added that no compromise whatsoever will be made on merit and transparency.
