Sealed bids are invited from well-established/authorized firms/suppliers registered with Sale Tax & Income Tax department of Pakistan for supply of Vehicles, Machinery Equipments and other items.

Tender documents along with items list can be obtained from the Procurement Office Main Campus of the University at the rate of Rs.3000/- in the shape of Bank Draft (Nonrefundable) on all working days from 08.00AM to 04:00PM.
Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

The tender documents must reach Procurement office on or before February 03, 2015 at 10:00AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00AM, in the presence of the firms/ manufacturers or their authorized representatives, in the conference room at main campus of the University.
The undersigned reserve the rights to accept/reject any one or all the tenders on the basis of a valid reason.
