ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN

Govt. of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa intends "Establishment of Abdul Wali Khan University at Palatoo Site, Mardan," and Assistant Director Works (E), Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan (AWKUM) therefore invites sealed Bids from the well reputed firms for the Supplying Installation, Commissioning, Testing & Maintenance of 2.5 MW Power House to be operated on Biomass and Coal/Multifuel on EPC bases meeting environmental standards at AWKUM. Contracting firms must have a valid License of Constructor in relevant category with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) Islamabad. Bidding in line with the PEC bidding documents for Electrical & Mechanical works accordance with comprising of "Technical Bids & Priced Bids". A joint venture is also eligible for bidding.

01. Bids must be delivered to the undersigned on or before 17 November, 2014 upto 12:00 hours.
02. Bids will be opened at 14:00 hours on the same day (i.e. 17 November, 2014), in the presence of duly authorized bidder's representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.
03. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible interested bidders w.e.f 25 October, 2014 on submitting a written application to the aforesaid office on the original company letter pad along with a copy of PEC valid Registration / License in relevant Category upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). The sale of bidding documents will be closed on 13 November, 2014 upto 1600 hours.
04. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on 7 November , 2014 at 11:00 hours in the conference room of the AWKUM. Bidders are invited to attend the meeting.
05. Bidder is essentially required to provide correct and latest postal, email & web address phone / mobile / fax numbers at the time of purchase of Bidding Document for active & timely communication.
