Assistant Professor Department of Management Sciences, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, Mrs. Nadia Asghar who was awarded Overseas PhD scholarship for Birmingham City University, UK, departed for UK on September 07, 2014.

Mrs. Nadia Asghar will be pursuing her PhD in Behavioral Finance at Birmingham City University. Her scholarship is tenable for 3 years extendable to 1 year in terms of stipend only.

On the occasion, Vice Chancellor AWKUM, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali reiterated that AWKUM is fulfilling its promise of faculty development by providing profound opportunities to the faculty. He further added that for any university it is mandatory that its academic staff is well qualified and professionally strengthened and that is why AWKUM has been exposing its academic staff to numerous opportunities since the very beginning. In the end, Prof. Dr. Ali congratulated Mrs. Nadia Asghar and wished her luck in her future endeavors.
