Speaker, Provincial Assembly Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Asad Qaiser visited Buner Campus, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, on Saturday, September 6, 2014.

Coordinator Buner Campus, Mr. Kausar Saeed and Lecturer Mr. Shahroz Khan briefed the Speaker about the progress & development of Buner Campus. AWKUM.

Mr. Asad Qaiser appreciated the profound efforts & vibrant role of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali (SI) in the exemplary progress of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. He, while addressing the gathering, reiterated that Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali's contribution towards higher education will always be remembered and will be marked with golden words in the pages of history.

Mr. Speaker further added that Buner Campus, AWKUM meets all the prerequisites of a full fledge independent University and will soon be upgraded as the 1st Independent university of Buner.
