A meeting was held on August 26, 2014, under the chairmanship of the Acting Registrar, Mr. Muhammad Tariq, in the conference room of the University.

Chairman Department of Islamic Studies, Dr. Hafiz Salih-ud-Din, Chairman Department of Zoology, Dr. Farman Ali, Chairman Department of English, Mr. Mujahid Shah, Director QEC, Mr. Shafiq Ullah and Director Administration, Mr. Pir Asfandyar attended the meeting.

The agenda of the meeting was to rectify the Assessment Teams' findings of implementation plans of various departments. The Director QEC briefed the house regarding the assessment process of various departments explaining that all the departments are thoroughly guided in the assessment process. The Assessment Teams (ATs) of various departments have submitted their findings to QEC office.

On the occasion, the Chair reiterated that the various recommendations made in the meeting need to be implemented on priority basis.
