Sealed tenders are invited for the supply and installation of the following IT Equipment. Closing date and time of tender is 18th of September at 11:00 AM. Tender will be opened on the same day at 12 noon.

The bidding documents, detailed specification and quantity can be obtained / confirmed from the office of the undersigned @ Rs. 5000/- (non- refundable) during the office hours i.e. 8 AM to 4 PM. |

The tender must be accompanied a call deposit @2% (refundable) security in the name of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. |

Supplier/ firms must provide current General Sales Tax and NTN Registration Certificates along with their bids. |

Tender will be opened in the Conference room of AWKUM in the presence of representatives of suppliers / firms. |

Items will be delivered within stipulated time frame, at the required destination as specified in the bidding documents. |

Failure to Supply the Items within stipulated time period after issuance of the purchase order may invoke penalty at the rate of 5% of value of purchase order issued. |

All Taxes will be deducted as per Government Policy. |
| 08- |
AWKUM administration reserves the rights to accept or reject any / all tenders as per PPRA rules. |
| 09- |
Tenders received after due date and time will be rejected. |
| 10- |
All bidders must have certified Technical Staff. |
