ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN
Sealed bids are invited from well-established firms registered with Sale Tax and Income Tax Department having complete profile and experience in supply of Furniture items, Furnishing & Fixture. The interested parties are requested to provide the following details:
1. Complete address of the Applicant Firm/Concern.
2. List of machinery/equipment in working condition.
3. List of skilled and unskilled labor.
4. Age of the Company (Applicant company should have manufacturing history of at least ten years)
5. List of same projects completed along with completion data.
6. Copies of Sales Tax and National Tax No ( please also attach copies of last three months sales tax returns)
7. Bank Statement of the Applicant Firm/Concern.
8. Both Technical & Financial bids should be sent in separate sealed envelope.
The tender must reach to the Procurement office on or before July 25, 2014 10 am. Tender will be opened on the same day at 11.00 am, in the presence of the suppliers in the conference room at main campus.
Tender documents along with items specifications list can be obtained from the Procurement Office Main Campus at the rate of Rs. 5000/- (Bank Draft, Nonrefundable) on all working days.
Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% (Rs. 800,000/-) in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
