The QEC, AWKUM successfully participated in the 6th meeting of Phase IV QEC's held on 11th – 12th June, 2014 at LI Hall, HEC Islamabad. Mr. Shah Hussain Awan, Deputy Director QEC, delivered a brief presentation on the progress of QEC AWKUM from January 2014 to June 2014. The following items were presented:

1. Self Assessment Report of three programs
2. Workshops and Seminars conducted by QEC
3. Teacher and Course Evaluation

The meeting was followed by a workshop on change management in higher education institutions. Dr. Rafiq Baloch, Director General Quality Assurance Agency HEC, in his concluding remarks, appreciated the efforts of Quality Enhancement Cells in bringing quality in the higher education institutions. He stressed on the teacher and course evaluation to be conducted on semester basis in order to enhance the quality of teaching on university level.
