Prof. Dr. Azra Medo and Prof. Dr. Peter Medo, representatives of the Department of Bio-Medical Life Science, University of Glasgow, UK, visited Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. They met with the Vice Chancellor AWKUM, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali.

On the occasion, Registrar, Prof. Dr. Zahoor-ul-haq and Provost, Mr. Ibrar Hussain were also present. Representatives of the University of Glasgow also met with the students and faculty of AWKUM and highlighted the facilities that are being provided to AWKUM PhD scholars at the University of Glasgow.

Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali reiterated that University of Glosgow is one of the finest universities of UK and AKWUM will try to provide its faculty with an opportunity to conduct research in the best universities of UK so that Pakistan could be taken into a new era in the field of research.

In the end, the guests visited various departments of the university including the University Museum and Department of Management Sciences.
