Assistant Director Sports (Male), Higher Education Commission Islamabad, highly appreciated the efforts of the Director Sports, AWKUM, Mr. Himayat Shah. Mr. Himayat was admired for being the manager of HEC Hand Ball team which secured 2nd position in the championship.

The competition was held from 21-25th December 2013
