ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN

NOTIFICATION FOR BA / B.Sc PART-I & PART-II (REGULAR / PRIVATE)

ANNUAL EXAMINATION–2014.
           
Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Form available at Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan, Allied Bank (Cantt Mardan, Bagh-e-Haram Mardan,Sher Garh Mardan, Cavalry Road  Nowshera,Pabbi Nowshera, Swabi & Jehangira  branches)and UBL branches,(Click to Download) for BA / B.Sc Part-I & Part II candidates for the Annual Examination-2014 (Regular / Private).
The examination admission forms complete in all respects should reach the Examinations Section of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan as per following schedule. Incomplete forms & the forms received after the stipulated date shall not be acceptable.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION
1) The following documents must be attached with the admission form(s).
  a) Attested copy of DMC of HSSC.
  b) Attested copy of Part-I, DMC (for Part-I) compartment.
  c) Attested copy of Part-II, DMC (for Part-II) compartment.
  d)  Three (03) attested copies of passport size recent photographs.
  e) Original Bank Receipt.
  f) One (01) attested copy of CNIC / Domicile Certificate.
  g)  All candidates of Part-I (Private) are required to furnish original Migration Certificate from   their concerned boards/Universities
  h) Examination Admission Form along with fee receipt should reach the office of controller of Examinations, Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan on or before the last date notified for normal fee Last date means the last date for submission of forms
  j) After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs.500/-for delay of every 15 days or a maximum of Rs.2000/-till tow week prior to the commencement of examination, after which no admission form shall be accepted unless allowed by Competent authority
2) Examination Hall will be allotted on the basis of permanent address.
3) The examination fee can be deposited in prescribed branches of Allied Bank Ltd and United Bank Ltd. as mentioned above.
4) Examination fee once deposited can not be refunded in any case.
