The tender document must reach the office of the undersigned upto 07-10-2013 at 11:00 hrs. and will be opened on 07-10-13 at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives if they desire so. Detail of items and specification along with tender document may be obtained from the Procurement office at Rs.2000/-(Non Refundable) from Monday to Friday (09:00 AM to 04:00 PM)

Earnest Money of the quotation will be 2% in favor of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan for each item.
The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject any one or all the tenders without showing any reason
Note: All relevant taxes (sale Taxes, Income Tax etc) pertaining to the said supply will be deducted as per Rule.
