Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan intends “Establishment of Garden Campus Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan,” and Director Works, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan (AWKUM) therefore invites sealed Bids from the well reputed construction firms for the Construction of Main Gates and Fenced Boundary Wall (Package-E) & Construction of Petrol Pump and Allied Facilities at Garden Campus Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. Bidding is on the basis of National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with “Single Stage -Two Envelope Bidding Procedure” comprising of “Technical Bids & Priced Bids”.

Only eligible bidders with following qualification should participate in the bidding:

Sealed Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as mentioned below in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) / Pay Order/ Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee from the Scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.

Bids must be delivered to the undersigned on or before 10/09/2013 upto 1000 hours.
Bids will be opened at 1100 hours on the same day (i.e.10/09/2013), in the presence of duly authorized bidder’s representatives who choose to attend the Bid Opening session.

03. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by eligible interest bidders w.e.f 21/08/2013 on submitting a written application to the Director Works on the original company letter pad along with a copy of PEC valid Registration/ License in the relevant category mentioned against each project upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each. The sale of biding documents will be closed on 05/09/2013 upto 1400 hours.
04. AWKUM may ask for further information & details time to time if required & reserve the right to cancel bidding procedure without assigning any reason.
