Two days micro-teaching workshop was organized by Dr. Momin Khan, Assistant professor, Department of Chemistry, at the university college of science, Shankar campus, Abdul Wal iKhan University Mardan during 28 and 29th may, 2013.

Dr. Momin Khan and Dr. Abad Khan (assistant professor, department of Pharmacy, University of Swabi), were the resource persons.
The workshop was attended by seventeen (17) faculty members of the university, belonging to different departments.

On the first day of the workshop, Dr. Abad Khan emphasized on the importance of micro-teaching techniques for the improvements in teaching methodology and removing discrepancies for effective teaching.Several rules of micro-teaching were highlighted. Dr.Momin Khan briefed the participants about the practical part of the workshop to be held on 2nd day.

The participants were asked to prepare presentations which were delivered on the second day of the workshop. The presentations were evaluated by all the participants and the resource persons and useful suggestions were given for improvements.

All the participants were awarded certificates of participation by Prof. Dr. Khanzadi Fatima Khattak, Chairperson, Department of Chemistry.
