ABDUL WALI KHAN UNIVERSITY MARDAN

TENDER FOR FURNISHING OF DIFFERENT HALLS


Sealed bids are invited for furnishing of Libraries, Auditorium, Seminar Halls, Lecture Theaters, Computer Labs and other Labs etc. The firms/ manufacturers must be registered with Small Industries Board, Sale Tax and Income Tax Department, having a well reputed profile in the relevant field.


01. The tender documents must reach to the Procurement office on or before May 09, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM, in the presence of the firms/ manufacturers or their authorized representatives, in the conference room at main campus of the University
02. Earnest Money of the tender will be 2% in the form of Draft in favor of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.
03. Tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Office Main Campus of the University at the rate of Rs.2000/- in the shape of Bank Draft (Nonrefundable) on all working days from 08.00AM to 04:00PM.
04. The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject any one or all the tenders without showing any reason
