TENDER FOR COMPUTERS AND OTHERS EQUIPMENTS


Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed firms/suppliers registered with any Government Orgonization for supply of computers and other Equipment as per details given bellow.

01.  Desktop Computers 08.  FaxMachine
02.  Laptops 09.  Scanners
03.  Photocopiers 10.  Sound System
04.  Printers 11.  Security Equipment
05.  Multimedia Projector 12.  LCD Screen
06.  UPS 13.  Access Point & Routers
07.  Tera byte Storage 14.  Parts of Computers

01. The tender must reach the office of the undersigned upto 18-4-2013 at 11:00 hrs. and will be opened on 18-4-13 at 12:00 hrs in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives if they desire so. Detail of items and specification along with tender document may be obtained from the Procurement office at Rs.2000/-(Non Refundable) from Monday to Fri day (9:00 to 16:00 hrs)
02. Earnest Money of the quotation will be 2% in favor of Treasurer Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan for each item.
03. The undersigned reserve the right to accept/reject any one or all the tenders without showing any reason
   
 

Note: All relevant taxes (sale Taxes, Income Tax etc) pertaining to the said supply will be deductedas per Rule.
