Gallop Re-Tender For Supply / Installation / Commissioning Of Degital Telephone/ Intercom Exchange & IT Accessories
Sealed bids are invited from well-established/reputed firms/suppliers registered with Sale Tax and Income Tax Department forsupply/installation/commissioning of Digital Telephone Exchange and IT Accessories.
The documents pertaining to tender must reach tothe Procurement office on or before December 31, 2013 upto 10 AM. Tender will be opened on the same day and date at 11.00 AM, in the presence of the suppliers or their authorized representatives, in the conference room of the University (AWKUM) at main campus.
Documents pertaining to tender along with specifications list can be obtained from the Procurement Office of the University Main Campus @Rs. 2000/- in the shape of Bank Draft (Nonrefundable) on all working days from 08.00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Earnest Money of the tender will be2% in the form of Draft in favour of Treasurer, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan.The undersigned reserve the rights to accept/reject any one or all the tenders without any reason. (Note: The firms participated in the tender floated on December 09, 2013, must resubmit fresh applications for this tender, if interested)
