All Pakistan Inter-University Handball tournament officially started on December 02, 2013 at the University College of Science Shankar, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan. In this regard, a colorful ceremony took place at UCSS in which the Chairman Department of Chemistry Dr. Khanzadi Fatima was the Chief Guest.

On the occasion, Director Sports Syed Himayat Shah Bacha, Dr. Zahid, Ayaz Hoti and a profound number of students were present. A total of 14 teams from all over the country are participating in the tournament including University College of Punjab, Lahore, Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, University of Peshawar, Baha-Ud-Din Zikriya University, Multan and University of Sargodha.

On the first day of the tournament, four matches were played in which University of Sargodha, Punjab University, Islamia University Bahawalpur and University of Peshawar were declared victorious. The final match of the tournament would be played on December 04, 2013.
