Haji Mohammad Javed, Chairman Skill development Council Peshawar and Ex-Minister Planning and Housing visited the Bacha Khan Campus Chitral, AWKUM on Friday 25th, September,2013. He delivered a lecture on "Islam & Modern Innovative Technologies". Large number of students and faculty members attended the lecture. Haji Mohammad Javed appreciated the efforts of the Honorable Vice Chancellor, AWKUM, Prof. Dr. Ihsan Ali for the development of education in the country. He further added that establishment of the Chitral Campus of Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, would be the starting point towards a full-fledged University for the people of Chitral.

Later, Coordinator of the campus, Mr. Shehzad Khan pay thanks to Haji Mohammad Javed and highlighted that there is a need to develop a new strategic public and private partnership to mobilize all available resources for training of the youth.
