Applications are invited on prescribed examination admission forms available at all authorized branches of UBL & Allied Bank Ltd. within the jurisdiction of Abdul Wali Khan University, Mardan for BA/B.Sc Part – I & II Supplementary examination 2013,  to be held on December 18, 2013 from all those candidates who meet the criteria mentioned below as per prescribed schedule:

ELIGIBILITY For B.A / B.Sc:

1. Those who appeared in BA / B.Sc / B.Com Part – I & II Annual Examination 2013 and have to appear in one or two subject(s).
2. Those who failed in more than two (02) subjects in Annual Examination 2013 are ineligible to appear in the Supplementary Examination 2013.

ELIGIBILITY For B.Com:

1. Those who appeared in B.Com Part – I & II Annual Examination 2013 and have to appear in one, two or three subject(s).
2. Those who failed in more than two (02) subjects in Annual Examination 2013 are ineligible to appear in the Supplementary Examination 2013.

GENERAL INSTRUCTION                                                                                                 
The following documents must be attached with admission form(s)

1. Attested copy of DMC.
2. Three (03) attested copies of passport size recent photographs.
3. Original Bank Receipt.
4. One (01) attested copy of CNIC / Domicile Certificate.
5. The examination fee can be deposited in prescribed branches of Allied Bank Ltd. as mentioned above.
6. Examination fee once deposited can not be refunded in any case.
7. After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs.500/-for delay of every 15 days or a maximum of Rs.2000/- till tow week prior to the commencement of the examination, after which no admission form shall be accepted unless allowed by the Competent authority.
