📄 Requirement for Undergraduate Programs/Diplomas/Certificates

  1. Applicants are required to deposit Rs. 500 for BS/diploma/certificate through Kuickpay/Online banking or the challan generated through online System.
  2. Applicants desiring to apply for more than one discipline and/or campus are required to submit separate online application form along with the separate application fee for each discipline/campus.
  3. If selected and called for an interview, a candidate shall bring original and attested photocopies of the following documents to the interview committee:
    • All DMC’s and certificates
    • CNIC or Form B
    • Domicile certificate
    • Migration certificate
    • 03 recent passport size photos
    • Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
    • Original Bank slip of admission fee
    • Undertaking on a judicial stamp paper of Rs. 50/- as per specimen available at:

🎯 Reserved Seats

  1. Two seats per program are reserved for Afghan Students.
  2. 2% seats per program are reserved for Sports.
  3. 5% seats per program are reserved for students from Ex-FATA.
  4. One seat per program is reserved for each Province.
  5. One seat per program is reserved for Disabled students.
  6. 2% seats per program are reserved for Physically Handicapped (Blind students).
  7. One seat per program is reserved for AWKUM Employee Children.
  8. One seat per program is reserved for Overseas Pakistani Children.
  9. One seat per program is reserved for Minorities.

Note: 20 marks will be added in FA/FSc marks for Hafiz-e-Quran.

📘 General Eligibility Criteria for MS/MPhil/MBA and PhD

  1. Applicants seeking admission in MS/MPhil/MBA and PhD degree programs shall be full-time students.
  2. In-service candidates shall apply through the proper channel and must produce proper NOC at the time of admission.
  3. Test conducted by NTS for any research institute/university/organization, or any other graduate institute is acceptable for admission.
  4. All the rules and regulations of AWKUM will be applied for admission in AWKUM.

📝 Requirements for MS/MPhil/MBA and PhD Programs

  1. Applicants are required to submit Rs. 2000/- for MS/MPhil/MBA and Rs. 2500/- for PhD (including test fee) through Kuickpay/Online banking or online generated challan.
  2. The candidate must bring the original copy of payment receipt or bank draft at the time of test and interview.
  3. Applicants desiring to apply for more than one program are required to submit separate fee for each program in the same manner.
  4. Note: Those candidates who have a Valid Score Card of GAT (General/Subject) may also appear in the University test.
